ICOT Building Sold - $1,000,000

The 10,140 square foot office building in the ICOT office center located at 14440 Myerlake Circle in Clearwater was sold December 5th to a toxicology laboratory (AVEE.com) for $1,000,000 or $98.62 per square foot. They will be converting this property into a medical office building for laboratory use. This prime mid-pinellas office location was formerly leased to Global Mortgage (filed for bankruptcy in mid 2008). Matt Shaw, Armando Flores and Shawn Rupp represented the Seller and the Buyer was unrepresented.
